Ella Blaine entered real estate in 2008 and earned Rookie of the Year in 2009. Since 2014, she has coached and trained agents to move from ideas to execution. Her work spans real estate sales, agent development, investing, new construction, and community-building.

Coach Ella created Real Estate Ladies Rock to give women in real estate a place to learn, connect, grow, and win together. Her approach is energetic, practical, honest, and rooted in one belief: No Agents Left Behind.

Now she is helping real estate professionals understand how AI and modern content can support visibility, save time, strengthen marketing, and create more opportunities - without turning them into generic versions of everybody else.
